It's here - a new summer season.  

This one is alittle different than last year.  This year I am less hopeful that Mary will return to the business.  It is sad for me because I had such grand visions. BUT it did not happen and that is ok too.  We are moving on and staying positive cuz this business was build on Faith and it will continue running on it.

We started with Tim my new partner in this business not by choice of his but more of supportive husband who would much rather be fishing in the summer and spending time with his family than sitting in a hot trailer with me. But here we are.

No really it is great to have his support, his constant help and humor.  Sometimes annoying sarcasm but mostly funny.

He had hip surgery so he is not 100%, I had my knee replaced and still need my ankle done so I am not even 80% but here we are - crushing it.

It has been really good and steady.  Our customers seem to be happy with what we provide and that really is why we do it.  We love to feed people quality food consistently.
